Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Adam SEO website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Adam SEO provides search engine optimization (SEO) consulting and related digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • SEO audits and strategy development
  • On-page and technical SEO optimization
  • Content strategy and creation
  • Link building and off-page SEO
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
  • E-commerce SEO
  • AEO and GEO (AI search optimization)
  • SEO training and workshops

Service Agreements

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for SEO services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client. These service agreements form part of these Terms of Service.

No Guaranteed Rankings

While we employ proven SEO strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or positions. Search engine algorithms are proprietary and subject to change. Our commitment is to apply industry-leading methodologies to improve your website's organic visibility and drive measurable business results.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and other platforms as required
  • Review and approve content, strategies, and implementations in a timely manner
  • Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by Adam SEO as part of our services become the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain the intellectual property of Adam SEO.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month
  • Project-based fees require a 50% deposit before work commences
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • We will provide all work completed to date
  • Client access credentials will be returned or transferred

Limitation of Liability

Adam SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
